The price is inclusive of:

Two nights.

The request is made exclusively by email and must specify name and surname of the person requesting the reservation, the number of people, the date of arrival and departure, email address and telephone.
For minors, the age and degree of kinship of those accompanying them is required.
Bookings for children under the age of 10 are not accepted.

Confirmation of the booking by us takes places exclusively by email.

No charge for total or partial cancellations communicated via email at least 15 days before the arrival date.
In case of partial or total cancellations after the aforementioned deadline, the following penalties will be charged, except in case of proven force majeure:

• From the 14th to the 6th day before the arrival date: one night
• From the 5th day before the date of arrival or no-show: the full amount of the stay
• In case of early departure, the cost of the entire stay originally booked

If the reservation already confirmed by email is cancelled by us within the aforementioned terms or the room is not available, the same penalties will be paid by us, except in cases of proven force majeure.
By confirming the booking, the aforementioned conditions are considered explicitly accepted and the penalty will be charged to the previously communicated credit card.
